invites you to explore remote regions of the
Pantanal, including the Cuiabá , Piquiri &
and Paraguai rivers , aboard our comfortable riverboats.
Travel deeper into the swamp where the best wildlife viewing
occurs. The riverboats have shared bathrooms, panoramic
sun deck, air-conditioned cabins, a fully-equipped kitchen,
dining area, satellite phone, and a large supply of mineral
water and beverages. During the day, you can watch birds
and other wildlife from the top deck of the boat. Among
animals to be sighted are black collared hawks, kingfishers,
egrets, herons, vultures, parrots, macaws, cormorants,
capybaras, caimans, iguanas, lizards, otters, and with
good luck a Jaguar.
The varied daily excursions, led by professional guides,
include nature walks, bird watching, canoe trips, horseback
safaris, alligator spotting by flashlight, sunrise walks,
and piranha fishing,
Packages include return transfer from Cuiabá, accommodation,
all excursions, an expert naturalist guide, and full board.

by joining our Wildlife Safaris & Nature Tours, all
tailored to those seeking a more active and respectful
adventure in the outdoors. We run a variety of lodge-based
nature tours, using a selection of farms that provide
comfortable accommodations from which to discover the
unique flora and fauna of the Pantanal. Ecotours include
bird watching, photo safaris, horseback riding, night
excursions, canoe trips, game drives, biking trips, and
walking & trekking tours, led by multilingual local
guides with extensive knowledge of local flora and fauna.
The average group size ranges from two to ten people.
This allows for more personalized service and increased
trip flexibility. We make every effort during our tours
to abide by a responsible code of ecotourism to minimize
any detrimental impact on the environment and local culture.
Daily departures all year round from Cuiabá,
the northern gateway into the Pantanal.

Program 1
5D / 4 N - RIO PIQUIRÍ
- PANTANAL WILDERNESS SAFARI CRUISE
Boat
trip along the Cuiabá river and its tributaries, and
various secluded lakes. This is a more intimate way to get
close to the fantastic wildlife of the Pantanal wetlands.
SEASON: July to October
GROUP SIZE: 4 - 08 participants.
EXAMPLE ETINERARY:
Day 1 -Early morning departure from Cuiabá
to Correntes River, traveling for 450km by car. Embark on
our boat and travel down the Correntes River with stops on
the way for wildlife photography’s. After dinner, boat
tour with spotlights looking for nocturnal animals. Overnight
on board.
Day 2 - Full day boat tour along the Piquirí
River witch is a very rich wildlife area. This river is remote
and seldom visited by tourists. There are fantastic opportunities
for wildlife photography, great fishing and abundant bird
life. Return late in the afternoon to the boat for dinner
then go out by boat in search of the jaguar with spotlights.
Overnight on board. 
Day 3 -Early morning boat tour along the
Piquirí River for wildlife viewing and bird watching.
Back to the boat for breakfast and continue traveling. Stops
on the way for wildlife photography’s. Note, this is
a particularly good area for river otters, tapirs and great
fishing (for those who want to fish). Spotlighting trip after
dinner by boat. Overnight on board.
Day 4 -Early morning departure, venturing
by 4x4 vehicle deep into remoter areas of the Pantanal do
Paiaguás for wildlife tracking (jaguars, maned wolf,
anteaters, armadillos, tapirs, and others). Return to the
boat in the evening, spotlighting for nocturnal creatures.
Dinner and overnight onboard.
Day 5 - Travel back to Correntes River and embark
in our vehicle to return to Cuiabá with stops on the
way for wildlife photography. Drop off at the hotel or the
airport. End of our services.
ACCOMMODATION: Quad rooms with air conditioning
and shared bathrooms on the houseboat.
Prices - Tour price varies with the size of the tour group, please consult.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: Transportation in/out from
Cuiabá, 4 overnights on board, all meals during the
trip, guided excursions with bilingual guides with knowledge
of local flora and fauna.
NOT INCLUDED: Laundry, phone calls, person expenses,
soft drinks/beverages, meals during transfers, airport taxes,
drinks with the meals, tours not described in the itinerary,
medical expenses and hospitalization, and optional night in
Cuiabá.
WHAT TO BRING: T-shirts, long-sleeved shirts,
sneakers or hiking boots, jeans or track suit, hat, sunscreen,
mosquito repellent, binoculars, flashlight, camera and film.
Sweatshirt or sweater recommended from June to September.

8 DAYS-CUIABÁ
RIVER AND ITS TRIBUTARIES WILDLIFE CRUISE
Boat trip to explore remote tributaries
of the Cuiabá river, where wildlife viewing is abundant.
Includes P iquirí,
3 Irmãos and São Lorenzo river.
SEASON: July to October
GROUP SIZE: 4 - 08 participants.
EXAMPLE ETINERARY:
Day1 - Early morning
departure from Cuiaba by car to Porto Cercado--150
km by road, embark aboard a houseboat that has 2 rooms with
air conditioning and a shared bath. Travel for most of the
day along the Cuiaba Riverand Wildlife Spotlighting
on the first night after dinner.
Day2 - Exploration by aluminum launch of
the São Lorenzo River, Bird watching, fishing
(for those who wish to fish), and photography--full day
exploration. Return to the houseboat in the late afternoon.
Dinner and Overnight
-note: any members of the group who do not wish to make
the day journey can stay aboard the houseboat.
Day3 - Visit a working fazenda
(ranch) and a rookery in the morning. After lunch continue
travel by house boat to the Rio Três Irmãos
(Three Brother´s River). Overnight.
Day 4 - Day exploration of the 3 Irmãos
River for wildlife viewing by aluminum
launch craft. After Dinner spotlighting trip looking for
jaguar.
Day 5 - Early morning bird watching trip
and continue travel down the Cuiaba River. Arrive
at Rio Piquirí late afternoon. Spotlighting
trip after dinner looking for jaguar
Day 6 - Full day exploration of the Piquirí
River by aluminum launch craft note, this is a
particularly good area for river otters, tapirs, and great
fishing (for those who choose to fish). After din ner
nocturnal safari looking for jaguar
Day 7 - Continue to Porto Joffre, then
transfer to 4WD vehicles and travel along the Transpantaneira
road, starting our way back to Cuiaba. Overnight
stay at a local lodge, horseback riding trip, dinner and
nocturnal safari after dinner
Day 8 - Early morning safari and depart
for Cuiaba, arriving late afternoon. Drop off at
hotel or airport. End of our services.

and shared bathrooms on the houseboat. Double room accommodations
at the lodge.
